Returns
Eligibility for Returns:

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will initiate the returns within 5 working days
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized jewellery.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Email us at dpnm95181@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Ship Back: Send the item to the address provided with your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds:

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days and credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation:

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement by contacting us at dpnm95181@gmail.com . If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the crafting process has begun.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:

Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2 days and credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at dpnm95181@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on your preference.
