We use a variety of high-quality materials, including:

  1. Can I customize a piece of jewellery?

Yes! We offer customization for many of our jewellery pieces. Please contact us at dpnm95181@gmail.com  with your customization request, including details like metal type, gemstones, and design preferences. We’ll work with you to create a unique piece that meets your specifications.

  1. What is your return and cancellation policy?

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

  • Standard Shipping:  7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping:  4-5 business days

Processing times may vary based on order volume and holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
